Ontdekkingsreiziger Christopher Columbus weet de Koning en Koningin van Spanje ervan te overtuigen dat hij een nieuwe handelsroute naar Indië kan vinden en het koningspaar stelt hem zelfs drie schepen ter beschikking. De Sultan van Turkije hoort echter van Columbus' plannen en stuurt Fatima, zijn beste spionne, naar Spanje om de expeditie te saboteren.
