Een groep vrienden besluit met het nodige cynisme een documentaire te maken over een spooksanatorium in Costa Rica. Het oude gebouw, vroeger een hospitaal en weeshuis, was het toneel van de brutale aanranding van een non en exorcisme. Algauw vergaat het sarcasme hen als ze het gebouw verkennen.
