Han Sing een Chinese ex-agent reist af naar Amerika om de moord op zijn broer te onderzoeken. Trish is de dochter van een Amerikaanse maffiabaas, die iets met de moord te maken heeft. Er ontstaat een romance tussen beide, die niet goedgekeurd wordt van beide kanten.
