Een zestienjarige jongen wurgt zijn veertienjarig vriendinnetje en gaat zijn daad doodleuk meedelen aan zijn vrienden. Geconfronteerd met deze verschrikkelijke gebeurtenis moet ieder van hen voor zichzelf een moeilijke morele beslissing nemen: hem aangeven of niet? Ondertussen duikt de moordenaar onder bij een drugsverslaafde kluizenaar die zelf op de vlucht is voor de politie.
