De gestoorde seriemoordenaar Jigsaw besluit zijn zieke spelletjes door te zetten. Deze keer heeft hij het gemunt op Lynn en Jeff. Lynn is een getrouwde moeder van in de dertig, die wordt gekidnapt door Jigsaw. Lynn heeft namelijk een paar donkere geheimen voor haar familie verborgen gehouden.
