Eli is een inbreker is opgepakt bij een plaatsje nabij Twinkle. Een erfgename dwingt hem tot een seksuele relatie. Zijn agressieve gedrag zorgt er voor dat hij al snel ook voortvluchtige van zijn nieuwe identiteit wordt. Hij belandt op een vuilnisbelt waar hij de zwakkeren uit de samenleving ontmoet.
