Een vernielzuchtige slechterik, die zichzelf voordoet als Batwoman, zaait dood en verderf in Gotham City. Als blijkt dat de slechterik werkt in opdracht van The Penguin, gaat de echte Batwoman achter hem aan. Helaas wordt ze in de val gelokt en gekidnapt door Penguins rechterhand Bane, en de enige die haar nu nog van een gewisse dood kan redden is Batman.
Nee, helaas is Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
