Henry, Anna en hun zoon Indiana reizen af naar Kenia voor een safari. Daar leren ze onder andere Theodore Roosevelt kennen en Indiana wordt vrienden met de lokale inwoner Meto. Na de avonturen in Kenia, reist de familie per boot naar Parijs. Daar ontmoet Indiana een aantal beroemdheden als Picasso, Rockwell en Degas.
