Een familie wordt tijdens het vieren van een vakantie op brute wijze vermoord. Een advocate neemt de verdediging van de vermeende dader op zich. Na een tijdje begint ze echter te vermoeden dat haar cliënt wel eens terecht verdacht zou kunnen zijn. Er is op zijn minst meer met hem aan de hand dan dat ze in eerste instantie dacht. Maar wat?
