Jake Tilton komt in het bezit van een talisman die hem in staat stelt drie wensen te doen. Na de eerste twee wensen, wat er voor zorgde dat zijn collega Tony Cobb uit de dood is herrezen, staat de wereld van Jake op zijn kop. Wanneer Tony Jake onder druk zet om zijn laatste wens te gebruiken om Tony te laten herenigen met zijn zoon, escaleert het in een meedogenloze moord. Jake zal nu zijn psychotische vriend te snel af moeten zijn en zijn overgebleven dierbaren zien te redden.
