Plot

Als Mary Haines (Shearer) kan doen alsof ze niets weet van de verhouding van haar echtgenoot met Crystal Allen (Crawford), een parfumverkoopster in een warenhuis, heeft ze een goede kans om haar huwelijk te redden.
