Een documentaire over de mislukte rockster Paul Green die in Philadelphia de "Paul Green School of Rock Music" oprichtte. Hier leert hij kinderen tussen 9 en 17 hoe ze rockster moeten worden. Gezamenlijk doel is een optreden op een festival in Duitsland.
