Vervolg op 'The Adventures of Barry McKenzie' (1972) waarin Barry McKenzie's tante Edna (Barry Humphries) wordt ontvoerd door Count Von Plasma (Donald Pleasence), het hoofd van een vampierenstam in een geïsoleerd Oost-Europees land.
