Een laaggeplaatste man in een criminele organisatie heeft een heetgebakerd jonger broertje, dat niet uit de problemen kan blijven en constant door z'n begeleider beschermd moet worden. Hij is super cool, maar mist de ambitie om hogerop te komen in de organisatie. Wanneer hij zijn nichtje Kowloon ontmoet, wordt hij verliefd op haar en overweegt zelfs uit de organisatie te stappen.
