Lex walker, een Britse militaire contractant, krijgt te horen dat zijn dochter is overleden. Wanneer hij aankomt in Los Angeles ontdekt hij dat het lichaam niet van haar is en begint hij een onderzoek. Hij gaat achter de internet fraudeur aan die zijn dochter heeft ontvoerd en zet heel Los Angeles op zijn kop om haar te redden.
