Dax is een ruige rockster die schade aan zijn imago heeft geleden nadat de paparazzi in New York hem bewusteloos in zijn auto vonden. Dax gaat akkoord met de kerstwens van een fan in de hoop zijn imago te herstellen. Hij wist echter niet dat hij nu een week tijd moet doorbrengen in het kleine Cedar Grove met een strenge minister en zijn familie.
