Terwijl ze zich vastklampt aan haar favoriete sneeuwbol, ratelt de cynische, overwerkte TV-executive over hoe de films die ze produceert liegen en je laten geloven dat dromen uit kunnen komen. Boos probeert ze de sneeuwbol kapot te slaan, maar in plaats daarvan stoot het tegen haar hoofd, waardoor ze bewusteloos raakt. Wanneer ze wakker wordt is ze in een perfecte besneeuwde stad als in haar bol. Hier is ze getrouwd met een knappe houtbewerker en heeft ze twee jonge kinderen. Iedereen denkt dat ze geheugenverlies heeft van de hersenschudding wanneer ze beweert dat ze niet weet waar ze is.
