Bij een inval in een pakhuis arresteert undercoveragent Adams aartsvijand Jimmy Wong, maar komt er een onschuldige omstander om het leven. Zijn leven stort in wanneer hij hoort dat zijn collega Manny op brute wijze is vermoord tijdens een undercoveropdracht in de plaatselijke gevangenis. Adams besluit om zich voor te doen als gevangene om zodoende achter de waarheid omtrent de dood van zijn vriend te komen.
