Dan Barton en George 'Tennessee' Malden zijn succesvolle goudzoekers. Ace Brady ontdekt dat er bij de mannen wat te halen valt en laat zijn handlanger Fox de twee beroven. Tijdens de overval wordt Malden vermoord door Fox, maar als Brady arriveert arresteert hij Barton voor de moord. Barton weet te ontvluchten, maar is nu een gezocht man.
