Er zal een zeldzame volle maan zijn, waardoor de elfjes een bijzondere maansteen kunnen gebruiken om de Elfenstofboom te maken, die de bron is van al hun magie. Maar wanneer Tinkerbell per ongeluk heel Pixie Hollow in gevaar brengt, moet ze de zee oversteken op een geheime missie om alles weer goed te maken.
