In een klein plaatsje beroven soldaat Elmer Winslow en cowboy Luke Budd sheriff Claypool. Ze slaan op de vlucht en ontmoeten vervolgens een sexy Apache-strijder, die wraak wil op het Amerikaanse leger. De drie komen dan ineens tot de ontdekking dat door een vloek de gehele bevolking in de omgeving is veranderd in een groep vleesetende zombies.
