De familie Bannister vertrekt met Pasen op cruise en hun hond Zeus blijft achter in een opvangtehuis voor honden. Wanneer de grote rivaal van het opvangtehuis drie bandieten de opdracht geeft het tehuis te saboteren, begint Zeus aan een loodzware opdracht. Hiervoor heeft hij al zijn kunstjes hard nodig.
