De familie Morris is met de auto onderweg naar een camping in de Brown Mountains van North Carolina. Maar hun GPS krijgt een storing en in plaats van de camping rijden ze nu naar een afgelegen tunnel omringd door verlaten voertuigen. Daar wordt de vader, Peter Morris, ontvoerd.
