Een antropologie-professor (Cummings) bestudeert het paringsgedrag van tieners. Daarvoor tuurt hij met zijn telescoop de hele dag naar bikini's en surfers. Frankie en Annette zijn de twee belangrijkste objecten van onderzoek. Natuurlijk zingen zij de nodige liedjes en wordt Annette zelfs even bijna ontvoerd.
