De echtgenoot van Carol, een politieman, wordt vermoord tijdens een drugszaak. De moordenaar Angel papt aan met Carol om te achterhalen waar haar echtgenoot het drugsgeld heeft verstopt dat hij vlak voor zijn dood had ontfutseld. Carol kent de slechte kanten van Angel niet en gaat in op de avances.
