De bewoners van Michigan worden geterroriseerd door moordlustige palingachtige wezens. Natuurexpert Michael wordt door de burgemeester benaderd om het probleem op te lossen. Maar met hun grote tanden en slijmerige lichaam is geen prooi te groot en geen plek meer veilig. Blijf weg van het zwembad en vermijdt het toilet, de Lampreys zijn onderweg!
