De zwoegende artiest Gerry Carroll ontmoet Sally terwijl hij op vakantie is. Een liefdesverhouding ontwikkelt zich maar hij houdt geheim dat hij getrouwd is. Lijdend aan een mentale ziekte, keert Gerry terug naar huis waar hij een engel des doods schildert en daarna zijn vrouw vergiftigt. Hij trouwt met Sally maar na een tijdje voelt hij de drang om opnieuw de engel des doods te schilderen, waardoor de geschiedenis zich lijkt te herhalen.
Nee, helaas is The Two Mrs. Carrolls nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
