Cindy, een cheerleader op een universiteit in Boston, heeft iets met Alan, een speler van het team van Harvard. Haar vader is een maffiabaas, en Alan raakt betrokken bij een weddenschap op één van zijn wedstrijden. Teddy, een undercover FBI-agent, start een onderzoek naar de praktijken van Cindy's vader.
