Selene, een mooie vampierstrijdster met de kracht van tien mannen, raakt betrokken bij een oorlog tussen de rassen van vampieren en weerwolven. Ondanks dat ze van plan was om er één te vermoorden wordt Selene verliefd op een weerwolf.
