Jimmy Lynch start een eenmans graffiti-guerrilla tegen de stad uit woede omdat zijn oudere broer een uitkering wordt ontzegt, nadat hij buiten dienst arbeidsongeschikt is geraakt tijdens een reddingsoperatie van de brandweer. In dezelfde periode raakt burgemeester Tyler verwikkeld in een politiek schandaal waarvan hij iedere betrokkenheid ontkent. De 'Tyler Knew, Turk 182' graffiti van Jimmy en zijn groeiende populariteit bij het publiek brengt Tyler in ernstige verlegenheid en hij geeft de plaatselijk hermandad opdracht om deze onbekende spuitbus artiest te vinden, desnoods ten koste van alles.
Nee, helaas is Turk 182! nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
