Een sociaal geïsoleerde en extreem verlegen schilder vindt zijn droomvrouw in de vorm van een actrice, die maar met moeite rond kan komen. Eindelijk krijgt hij de moed om zijn kunstwerken tentoon te stellen, zodat onder andere deze actrice ze kan bewonderen, en misschien zelfs wel interesse in hem gaat tonen...
