Een detective krijgt de opdracht de geheimen te ontraadselen die een misdadige wetenschapper verbergt. Hij ontdekt dat de man een leger heeft van mechanische mensen, een soort kruising tussen mens en robot, die hij gebruikt om mensen op te sporen die de bloedgroep O hebben.
