Komisch-erotische versie van het bekende sprookje. Geppeta (Monica Gayle) is een gefrusteerde jonge maagd. Zij maakt een, jonge, knappe, gespierde pop voor haarzelf die ze Pinocchio noemt. Geppeta's toverfee transformeert de pop in een levende jongen, die al snel in het lokale bordeel te werk wordt gesteld.
Nee, helaas is Pinocchio nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
