Ken O'Hara is een 'Mindhunter': een specialist in seriemoordenaars die is ingeschakeld om de massamoordenaar te vinden die van plan is de sterkste strijders in New York City te vermoorden. Proberen deze sluwe en slimme moordenaar te vangen is de moeilijkste opdracht die Ken ooit heeft gehad. Nu komt de maan weer op en moet hij al zijn middelen gebruiken om de moordenaar op te sporen... anders is hij misschien de volgende die sterft.
