Elmo en de andere bewoners van Sesam Straat kijken reikhalzend uit naar Kerstmis en tellen de dagen af tot het zover is. Maar dan komt er een kink in de kabel en is het maar de vraag of Kerst dit jaar wel door zal kunnen gaan. Elmo en Abby zetten daarop een actie op touw om het kerstfeest te redden.
Nee, helaas is Sesame Street: Elmo's Christmas Countdown nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
