De dikkerdjes Sandra en Tracey verlaten na jaren hun geboortedorpje Fulchester, om het te gaan maken in Londen. Terwijl ze in een pub een paar mannen proberen te verleiden, worden ze opgemerkt door de presentator van een talkshow. De volgende dag komen de Fat Slags, zoals ze ondertussen genoemd worden, op tv en zijn ze goed op weg om beroemd te worden.
