Catwoman vertelt het verhaal over de volgzame werknemer Patience Philips (Halle Berry) die zichzelf wegcijfert voor haar heethoofdige baas en ex-model Laurel Hedare. Patience werkt als grafisch ontwerpster voor Hedare Beauty, een mega cosmeticabedrijf dat op de rand staat van het uitbrengen van revolutionaire anti-verouderingsproducten. Als Patience er onverwachts achter komt dat de nieuwe producten van haar werkgever vreselijke bijwerkingen hebben, bevindt ze zich ongewild in het middelpunt van een bedrijfscomplot. Wat daarna gebeurt, zal Patience voor altijd veranderen. Ze wordt vermoord, maar wordt getransformeerd in een vrouw met de kracht, snelheid, behendigheid en het sterke gevoel van een kat. Met haar nieuwe eigenschappen en katachtige intuïtie, wordt ze Catwoman: een sluw en sluipend schepsel dat op de grens balanceert van goed en kwaad. Zoals elke wilde kat is ze gevaarlijk, ongrijpbaar en ontembaar.
Nee, helaas is Catwoman nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
