Ho-chang is scout voor een Koreaanse honkbalploeg uit Seoel. In Gwangju loopt het gigantisch talent Sun Dong-yeul rond en Ho-chang is vastberaden hem te strikken als nieuwe aanwinst voor zijn ploeg, maar helaas voor hem zijn er meer kapers op de kust. Alle middelen moeten worden ingezet om tot het tekenen van een contract te komen. In Gwangju komt Ho-chang ook zijn ex-vriendin tegen en hij vraagt zich nog altijd af waarom zij hem ooit verlaten heeft.
