De film bevat drie korte horrorverhalen. Anne verricht haar werkzaamheden tijdens haar nachtdienst op een pompstation in een afgesloten cabine die haar echter niet van alle gevaar vrijwaart. De kaler wordende Richard vindt tot zijn vreugde een dokter die hem behandelt om zijn haaruitval tegen te gaan, maar hij ontdekt dat er wel wat bijwerkingen zijn. Honkbalspeler Brent laat door een chirurg een oog implanteren, maar gaat vervolgens vreemde dingen zien en vreemd gedrag vertonen.
Nee, helaas is Body Bags nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
