Twee losgeslagen broers, Mike (Adam DeVine) en Dave (Zac Efron) genaamd, worden door hun ouders verplicht om voor de trouwpartij van hun zus in Hawai op zoek te gaan naar een date. Het tweetal plaatst een online advertentie in de zoektocht naar twee welopgevoede dames en komt zo in contact met Alice en Tatiana. Hopend op een wild uitje, worden de jongens overschaduwd door een oncontroleerbaar duo dat hen te slim af is.
