Studenten zetten voet aan wal op een eiland, om het jaarlijkse 'Cinco de Mayo' te beleven. Ze worden met handboeien aan elkaar vastgebonden en moeten voor een wedstrijd ondergoed, dat verspreid ligt over het eiland, verzamelen. De alcohol vloeit rijkelijk, wanneer de tieners er plotseling achterkomen dat dit avontuur wel eens dodelijk zou kunnen aflopen. Ze ontdekken namelijk een eeuwenoud Piñata beeld met dodelijke krachten...
