In een enorme, mysterieuze kamer ontwaken vijftig vreemden die niet weten hoe ze er terecht zijn gekomen. Gerangschikt in een naar binnen gerichte cirkel, en niet in staat om te bewegen, ontdekken ze al snel dat elke twee minuten een van hen sterft door een vreemd apparaat in het midden van de kamer.
