Het is 1896 en de geruchtmakende Can-Can dans is verboden in Parijs. Dat weerhoudt een café eigenaresse er niet van de dans toch op te voeren, dit tot groot genoegen van haar gasten. Zij weet op slinkse wijze de wet te omzeilen, daar haar advocaat de corrupte rechter in zijn macht heeft.
Nee, helaas is Can-Can nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
