De dochter van een Japanse karate-meester wordt ontvoerd, omdat ze te veel weet over een gigantische parel op de oceaanbodem. Hierop doet misdaadbestrijder Somrak beroep op zijn vijf mooie undercoveragentes, samen bekend als 'Chai-Lai'. Ze gaan op jacht naar het schoolmeisje en de waardevolle parel.
