De bemanning van een intergalactisch vrachtschip ontdekt op een onbewoonde planeet een ruimteschip dat een noodsignaal uitzendt. Crewleden Kane, Lambert en Dallas gaan aan boord van het onbekende schip en Kane vindt in de catacomben een onbekend organisme dat zich meteen aan zijn gezicht vasthecht.
