Ian Cranston is de achterkleinzoon van Ichabod Crane en keert terug naar het dorpje Sleepy Hollow waar nog steeds geheimzinnige ruiters zonder hoofd rond rijden. Ian is vastbesloten dit raadsel op te lossen en zijn dorp te redden van de Headless Horseman.
