Kyle, een vader uit de voorsteden, is verbaasd als hij op zijn kantoor wordt verrast door zijn lang verloren gewaande collega Zack. Zack is nog steeds zo wild en gek als vroeger en vol opwinding over zijn zelf-actualisatie programma dat hij net klaar heeft en 'Rebirth' heet. Hij haalt Kyle over voor een weekend retraite waarna Kyle zijn sleutels, portemonnee en telefoon afgeeft.
