Het verhaal begint met een klein raar mannetje genaamd Happosai. Happosai is geobsedeerd door vrouwenondergoed. Hij steelt dit van waslijnen en bewaart het in een grote zak. Als Happosai het ondergoed van Tendo wil stelen zijn de rapen gaar. Ranma betrapt hem en wil hem een standje geven, maar in plaatst van dat Happosai de schuld krijgt, denkt Akane dat Ranma de schuldige is. Zo ontstaat er een stormloop door de stad waar alle belangrijke figuren uit het Ranma verhaal worden geïntroduceerd.
Nee, helaas is らんま½ 劇場版 中国寝崑崙大決戦!掟やぶりの激闘篇!! nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
