Na een economische en maatschappelijke ineenstorting heerst er anarchie in de straten van het Berlijn in de nabije toekomst. Maar de roekeloze Tan en Javid kan het helemaal niets schelen over wat er om hen heen gebeurt. Ze hebben maar één doel voor de rest van hun leven: Winter vinden, de leider van de ondergrondse fascistische organisatie die verantwoordelijk is voor de moord op de families van Tan en Javid.
