De film gaat over een jonge Amerikaanse kunstenaar die een lucratieve opdracht in Parijs wil combineren met een romantische huwelijksreis. Zijn aanstaande echtgenote is psychiater, en heeft haar handen vol aan haar patiënten (allemaal Lewis).
